• Set Up Communication Network Between Meters and Cloud
  
  We can set up the communication platform between utility meters and LTW's cloud center using the communication protocol and method of you choice. If you choose to use our in-house developed program, csAdaptor, to act as a gateway for the meter data transfer, we will install and setup it for you. We can also help you map meters to suites/residents to complete the utility account setup for each building.

• Integration With Third Party Applications/Database
  
  If you are a billing company, integrating your billing software with your financial institution's banking application to automatically handle tansfer of payments and/or transaction records could save your time. As an example, if you choose to use our advanced billing software, you can generate EDI records to upload to your bank. We can assist you in creating an EDI file template according to your bank's requirements and setup automatic download of payment EDI files and pre-authorized-payment records from your bank's Web site directly into your billing database.
  
  Another example is setting up a procedure to keep resident/tenant account information up-to-date for your billing business. For projects in Ontario, your billing database needs to be updated regularly to identify residents/tenants who are enrolled in the Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP) using a list provided by the government. We can help you set up a procedure to update your database.
  
  As an option for clients using our advanced billing software, we can also integrate accounting record generated by the advanced billing software with your company's accounting system so that accounting information are automatically transferred.
  
  Currently we offer an advanced energy profiling function called weather chart which can be used to compare energy consumption against temperature changes. The weather information is retrieved from publicly available database (often provided by the government environment department) and integrated with the meter database. Similarly, if you need specific information to be shown or used to organize your energy consumption graphs, tables or charts, let us know and we can help you integrate third party data with the meter database and application.

  For energy consultants to devise efficient energy conservation strategies or evaluate current usage patterns, a large amount of energy consumption data needs to be analyzed to obtain statistics. Time is the key factor in big data analysis: depending on the types of data processing you need to perform, we may need to tune the database/programs, or even research on new algorithms to achieve the desired performance in a reasonable time frame.
